The Davis Enterprise accepts prepayment online to reserve legal publication space. We encourage customers to check with us that their document is OK to publish, before payment. The process to publish a legal advertisement with the Davis Enterprise involves three easy steps:
1. Email a scan or photograph of the legal document you want to be published to legals@davisenterprise.com so we can verify that we can publish it.
2. Pay here online, or call for extra help and pay by phone. You can mail a check, but the publication process will be delayed while we await payment.
3. Mail a hard copy of the document to Mountain Democrat, Attn: Legals, PO Box 1088, Placerville, CA 95667.
